Ben’s first 10 pounder!

                        

I had the pleasure of meeting this little guy and his father out on the Wando River a few days ago. His name is Ben and he hooked and caught his first 10 pound Redfish that day. His dad says: “All he does now is ask me when we are going again. He does’nt realize yet that he was the one that got hooked that day”. 

Congrats to Ben, and thanks to his dad Eric for sharing the picture with us. I’m sure that we’ll be seeing both of them out on the water again real soon…

    I know Ben and his family and know his grandmother, Labarca, very well. They have vistited us here in Maine and we have visited them in S.C. We are very proud of Ben and hope he is “hooked”.
